DESTINATION GUIDE
Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport
Named after the first female combat pilot in Turkey, Sabiha Gökçen International Airport was built to alleviate the pressure on Atatürk International Airport which wasn’t able to handle the amount of passengers coming through the airport. There’s one large terminal building with a smaller VIP building for general aviation and business travel, with direct apron access and all the luxurious facilities you’d expect.
