A global tech giant asked Air Charter Service to transport six IT specialists from Malaysia to Vietnam during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The flight was initially scheduled to depart in June, however it was delayed while the client awaited a letter of authorisation from the Malaysian government. The required paperwork finally came through two months later, allowing the charter to go ahead in mid-August.
Our expert team chartered a Gulfstream G150, with the option to switch to a larger Gulfstream G550 if additional passengers were added to the flight list. We explored the option of including a stop in Penang, where some of the group were based, amidst concerns that their domestic flight to Selangor would be cancelled or delayed; however luckily the passengers were all able to travel to the departure airport.
